Returns/Cancellation Policy

Return/Cancellation of Order

If you wish to return part or all of your order, this can be done within 7 days from the day you receive your order.

- Changes are accepted provided that the product has not been worn or opened and is in its original condition.
- An exchange can be made for any product of equal or greater value than the purchased product.
- To proceed with the exchange, you must first contact us either by phone at +306974008020 or by email at info@haavcollective.gr.
- The cost of product exchange is €3, which is borne by the customer if the return is made with the shipping company Speedex courier, with recipient charge.
- If you wish to send the package with a different company, you are responsible for all shipping costs; otherwise, we will not accept your package, and it will be returned to you. Shipping costs for the package with the new product are free.
- In case you wish to purchase a discounted product, please note that it cannot be exchanged or returned. We do not accept returns on offers such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, 1+1, and products purchased with a discount.
- If the product you received is defective, you can return it to us with SPEEDEX courier at recipient charge, and we will replace it for you for free.
- Please note that refunds are not possible in case of an error.

Product deliveries are made throughout Greece via SPEEDEX COURIER within 1-3 working days, with shipping costs set at €3. If your order exceeds €150, you are eligible for free shipping.

Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our store, HAAV COLLECTIVE, to inform us accordingly. Your order can only be canceled if the shipping process has not been completed.

Refunds are made through the process specified in the refund section.

In any case, for all the above cases, the maximum cancellation period cannot be extended beyond 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

International:

The cost for shipments abroad is €25, for which a deposit must be made first.

The delivery time may vary depending on availability or for reasons of force majeure, for which we will not be responsible.

- In the case where your return does not concern an error on our part, you will only incur the direct cost of returning the products. In case the reason for your return concerns an error on our part, we undertake to cover the cost of returning the product.

- If you wish to send the package with a different company, you are responsible for all shipping costs; otherwise, we will not accept your package, and it will be returned to you. Shipping costs for the package with the new product are free.

*If replacement is not feasible due to unavailability of the requested product, we will contact you offering alternative options.
*All products returned must be in their original quality condition, in their delivery packaging, and with no missing packaging materials.
*The responsibility for the return of products lies solely with the customer. Therefore, you must ensure that the product is very well packaged for return.
